Often while walking around down town I find litter stuck in and under bushes and laying out in the grassy medians, and stop to pick it up. I wonder if the person who littered thinks about the person who picks it up. On Saturday December 2, 2006, I went out picking up litter, and found approximately 30 pieces of litter with in 4 short blocks.
